An FAPT gives you full control over who inherits and when, while maintaining the value of your estate by protecting it from threats such as long-term care costs and the risk of divorce if you have a blended family. It can also minimise probate fees and delays alongside Inheritance Tax liabilities, and protects vulnerable beneficiaries by safeguarding means-tested benefits.

We also offer our FAPT+, which combines this Trust with an Immediate Post-Death Interest Will Trust (IPDI) to provide immediate support after your death. It does so by giving your partner access to income from and use of Trust assets – such as your house, savings and investments – without outright ownership.
